The most frequently booked treatments by our LGBTQ+ clients are included on this page but as with all clients, a consultation would dictate the best treatment for your needs.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL uses short, safe bursts of intense light to remove unwanted fuzz.  Small or large areas of hair from all body sites can be removed in. Most people describe the sensation as practically pain-free and while tolerance of pain is very individual, no anaesthetics are required.

The technical bit: Light is absorbed by melanin (the pigment in the hair follicle) which heats up and destroys the hair follicle without damaging the surrounding cells.

While most people are suitable for treatment, the darker your hair, the more effective the treatment will be. If you have grey/white hair (i.e. no melanin in the hair follicle) you would not be suitable for the treatment so we would recommend electrolysis instead.

Patch tests are always required and at your initial consultation (especially if you’re particularly fair) we will ascertain if the treatment will be successful for you.

In some circumstances we may recommend ELECTROLYSIS in place of Laser Hair Removal as it is also an extremely effective way to remove hair. But as each hair follicle is treated individually, it takes a lot of time especially on larger areas.

We would discuss your hair removal options at your consultation and go forward with the best treatment for you. In all cases, electrolysis is effective on all types of skin and hair and a patch test is required.
